Joris Sikkema has extensive experience within the recruitment industry. He was responsible for operational recruitment  for more than 6 years whilst also fulfilling a senior role in the management team. Within his scope as a recruitment consultant were both SME organizations as well as large  international corporates and everything in between. Within these organizations, Joris' focus was on Interim positions at mid-senior level. Joris' strength lies in the position he takes in a conversation. He assumes an advisory and informative role and really helps organizations shape their recruitment wishes.
